Craig S. Duet began his career at MPH in 1990 and he currently serves at Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Mr. Duet is responsible for the overall management and oversight of MPH operations throughout operational areas. He works closely with the operational managers to ensure that clients’ expectations are exceeded, providing his decades of knowledge and experience in the surveying industry. He is also responsible for leading MPH operations into the future by ensuring that MPH utilizes the latest technology and surveying methods.
Mr. Duet began his career in surveying in 1978 working for a small land surveying firm in Gray, Louisiana. While working for that firm, Mr. Duet obtained experience as a rodman, instrument man, party chief and draftsman. He conducted topographic surveys, control surveys, large boundary surveys, lot surveys, elevation surveys, construction surveys, sewer line layouts, water line layouts, and utility layouts.
Since joining MPH in 1990, Mr. Duet has moved up the ranks as a result of his hard work and dedication to the company. In 1995, he was promoted to Survey Coordinator and Project Manager in charge of several large pipeline projects in Texas and Louisiana. In 2003, he was promoted to Vice President of Field Operations where he oversaw and managed field operations company wide.
Mr. Duet is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Louisiana and a member of the Louisiana Society of Professional Surveyors. With over 40 years’ experience in the surveying and mapping industry, he has managed thousands of miles of pipelines across the Gulf Coast and has worked hand in hand with clients such as Acadian Gas Pipeline, Enterprise Products, ExxonMobil, Shell Pipeline Company, L.P., Energy Transfer, Buckeye Partners, Phillips 66, Chevron, Air Products, LOOP, LLC., and Crimson Gulf.
