Nick Hardy MCIOB MAPM is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Sector Development Director at Morris & Spottiswood since October 2020, Nick has previously held key roles including Construction Project Manager at Arcadis from May 2015 to October 2020 and Principal Construction Manager at Lloyds Banking Group from March 1991 to May 2015. Nick began their career as an Architectural Technician at Provident Financial Group from April 1986 to February 1991. Nick's academic background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management from the University College of Estate Management and a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, Construction Project Management from Leeds Beckett University.
