Melissa Richards has extensive work experience in finance and investment management.

Melissa currently holds the position of Partner and Head of Strategy, Product & Growth at H.R.L. Morrison & Co, where they lead the global strategy and creates new opportunities for investors and partners. Melissa is responsible for various portfolios, including strategy, investor solutions, brand, marketing, and communications.

Before joining H.R.L. Morrison & Co, Melissa worked at Brookfield Asset Management. There, they held multiple senior vice president roles, including Head of Private Wealth Product Strategy & Client Solutions, Head of Private Wealth Project Management, and Head of Infrastructure Project Management. In these roles, they managed various aspects of product development, fundraising execution, and marketing for private funds across different asset classes.

Prior to joining Brookfield Asset Management, Melissa worked at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director in the Infrastructure Fund division. Melissa was responsible for limited partner and prospective investor activities for a global infrastructure private equity investment platform. Melissa also served as a Vice President in Corporate Derivatives - FX Sales, providing currency risk management advisory to US corporations.

Melissa began their career at BNP Paribas, where they held the role of Vice President in Foreign Exchange. Melissa delivered structured solutions for currency risk management to top tier clients and was solely responsible for distributing Emerging Markets currency to various clients.
