Eduardo Figueroa

Eduardo Figueroa is a Litigation Associate at Morrison Foerster, a position held since October 2022, after previously serving as a Summer Associate at the same firm in May 2021. Figueroa gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP in 2020 and as a Research Assistant to Professor Rory Little at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Prior to law school, Figueroa worked as a Paralegal for the Oakland Law Collaborative and held positions as a Legal Research Assistant at Butte County Jail and Co-Director at the Community Legal Information Center. Figueroa earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Chico.
