Penelope Preovolos is a Senior Counsel and Partner at Morrison Foerster, where Penelope has been since October 1980, specializing in litigation with a focus on antitrust, consumer class actions, unfair trade practices, and significant commercial litigation. Preovolos served as the former co-chair of the firm's Antitrust Practice Group. Prior to their tenure at Morrison Foerster, Preovolos worked as a Law Clerk for Judge Charles M. Merrill at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from September 1979 to September 1980. Preovolos earned a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 1979 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley in 1976. Preovolos is a graduate of Lowell High School, class of 1973.
