Robert Litt is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and government service. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP since September 2017, Robert has held significant roles including General Counsel at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence from 2009 to 2017 and Partner at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP between 1999 and 2009. Additional positions include Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division at the Department of Justice and Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General, Special Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for European and Canadian Affairs at the U.S. Department of State, and various legal roles at Williams & Connolly LLP and the Department of Justice. Robert's judicial experience includes clerkships for Justice Potter Stewart at the Supreme Court of the U.S. and Judge Edward Weinfeld in the Southern District of New York.
