Bahareh Fallah

Bahareh Fallah, Ph.D., is a Waste Management Designer at Stantec since February 2024, with experience in projects such as Integrated Waste Management and Facility Master Plan and Solid Waste Management Plan across various Canadian provinces. Previously, Bahareh served as a Postdoctoral Associate in Computational Modeling for Environmental Management at the University of Saskatchewan, focusing on human-water interactions, and as a Data Science Fellow at Cybera Inc., where programming in Python was utilized for object detection. Bahareh also held postdoctoral positions at the University of Calgary, concentrating on geospatial data analysis related to oil sands, and as a Research Associate at the University of Regina, specializing in environmental management and sustainability. Bahareh began a career as a Project Control Engineer at EGP International Corporation, managing data analysis and project reporting across multiple sites. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Environmental Systems Engineering and dual master's and bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Mazandaran.
