Jeff Rosado

Jeff Rosado is an experienced Electrical Commissioning Consultant (Associate) at Morrison Hershfield since June 2023, previously serving as a Senior Commissioning Agent and Project Manager at Critical Solutions Group from October 2019 to June 2023. In this role, Jeff contributed to commissioning and quality assurance for data centers globally, demonstrating expertise in project management, communication, and quality control across critical facilities. Prior experience includes two decades with the US Navy, where Jeff was a Quality Assurance Supervisor, managing over 100 formal work packages and leading numerous audits, and served as a Chief Nuclear Electrician’s Mate and Chief Enlisted Aide to the Director of Naval Nuclear Power, focusing on process and training improvements in the nuclear fleet. Jeff holds education credentials from Indiana State University from 2008 to 2009.
