Dale Filson

Dale Filson is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Morrison Living since June 2023. With extensive experience in the food service industry, Dale previously held the role of Executive Chef and Director of Dining Services at Chartwells School Dining Services K12 from November 2018 to June 2023. Prior leadership positions include General Manager at Red Robin and TGI Fridays, as well as Executive Chef/General Manager at Adylottes Restaurant. Dale also served as Chef De Cuisine at Nu Cuisine and Executive Chef at Pesce Fresco Bistro, among other roles. Educationally, Dale earned an Associate degree in Culinary from the Culinary Institute of America between 1991 and 1993.
