Carl Anderson

Carl is a Vice President and the Chief Operations Officer. His expertise lies in water, wastewater, and storm water projects. He earned a B.S. and a M.S. in Civil Engineering both from Montana State University in 1983 and 1984. He started his career at Morrison-Maierle in 2004 and has been on the Board of Directors since 2008. Carl is experienced in project development, design, construction management, and coordinating client and project requirements. He has served as a Billings YMCA board member since 2017.
