Jonathan has represented top creators in the family, lifestyle, and education spaces on Youtube for more than six years. He co-founded the Clamour Creator Summit, an annual invite-only professional development event for top YouTube creators. He co-founded the Internet Creators Guild and The ValleyFolk comedy group. He's been a regular speaker at VidCon and other influencer conventions. Jonathan actively provides legal services in all aspects of incorporation, intellectual property, product licensing, and business planning. He is passionate about making sure his clients understand what they are signing, how it affects them, and the risks that come with starting an online business or channel. He has secured multi-million dollar licensing deals for his influencer clients, whose products appear on the shelves of major retailers, including Target and Walmart.
