Wileen Leu

Wileen is the former head of investor relations and corporate counsel for a national real estate development company. While there, she led negotiations, drafted and negotiated contracts with financial institutions and both private and institutional investors. She also participated in facilitating financing transactions exceeding $300M in loans from financial lenders. She was part of an executive team that, in 2019, raised significant pre-IPO capital; and raised $480M for the IPO. Wileen was also responsible for a portfolio of over 150 private and institutional investors across eighteen investment projects. She has reviewed and advised on employment law matters for corporate clients, handled immigration matters, employment litigation, real estate purchase and sales agreements, financial lending agreements, partnership agreements, and review of CMBS loans. Lastly, Wileen has extensive experience advising clients on corporate entity formations and filings; and has even represented NFL teams on workers’ compensation litigation. Most importantly, Wileen is a connoisseur of substandard rom-coms and an avid quokka admirer.
