Rob Ward

Rob Ward currently serves as the Head of Shared Services and Head of PMO at Morrison Telecom Services, where responsibilities include developing the PMO, providing governance, implementing reporting systems, and driving operational improvements. Previously, Rob held key project management roles at Virgin Media O2 and Virgin Media, where contributions included leading the establishment of a new PMO for Major Programmes and enhancing end-to-end delivery processes. Rob's extensive experience in project management and operations is supported by multiple qualifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Prince2, alongside a solid educational background in telecommunications engineering and management.
