Martin Williams

Martin Williams is an experienced professional in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) management with a strong background in promoting safety culture and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of SHE for the Water Division at Morrison Water Services since November 2022, Martin is responsible for strategic oversight and execution of SHEQ initiatives, including compliance audits and emergency procedures management. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of Head of QHSEEn for Northern Europe at Aggreko from June 2011 to November 2022, focusing on maintaining ISO standards and driving continuous improvement in quality and safety systems. Martin's early career includes significant roles at Hewden, where responsibilities included developing service strategies and ensuring compliance across the EHS&Q spectrum. Martin holds a Master of Science degree in Safety Health and Environmental Management from the University of South Wales.
