Melissa Ganoza

Melissa Ganoza has extensive experience in quality management and technical advisory roles in the agricultural sector, currently serving as Technical Manager at Morrisons for the Peru and Chile Source team since November 2017. Previously, Ganoza held positions such as Peru Country Manager at International Procurement and Logistics Ltd. and Independent Technical Advisor at Barfoots of Botley Ltd., focusing on quality management and social responsibility. Ganoza also functioned as a consultant for various companies and served as Technical Secretary for the fresh asparagus subcommittee at PROMPERU. With a robust educational background, including a degree in Agroindustrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal and a Master's in Agribusiness Administration from Universidad ESAN, Ganoza is well-versed in industry standards and certifications such as GAP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
