Lisa Kelley, DNP, RN, CPHQ has a strong background in healthcare with a range of roles and responsibilities. Lisa is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Morristown-Hamblen Healthcare System. Prior to this, they were the Quality and Regulatory Manager at LeConte Medical Center from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, Lisa worked as a Nurse Manager at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare. Their experience also includes various roles at Novant Health, including Clinical Practice Specialist - Orthopedics, Corporate Educator, Clinical Analyst, Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and Staff Registered Nurse. Before that, they worked as a Staff Registered Nurse at Jefferson Memorial Hospital from 2005 to 2007.

Lisa Kelley, DNP, RN, CPHQ has a comprehensive education history in the field of nursing and healthcare. Lisa first obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing from Walters State Community College from 2002 to 2005. Following that, Lisa pursued further education at East Tennessee State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing in 2006.

Lisa is a Registered Nurse, recognized by the Tennessee Board of Nursing. Furthermore, they are a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) through the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), which they achieved in July 2021.
