Douglas R. Delsanter, CCIM has extensive work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Douglas R. currently serves as the Vice President of Real Estate at Morrow Hill Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, Texas. In this role, they are responsible for exclusively representing tenants in their industrial, retail, or office lease negotiations. Their expertise lies in providing unbiased opinions to clients during site selection processes by thoroughly assessing all options in the market. Prior to their current position, Douglas worked as a Broker/Owner at Delterra Realty Group.

Douglas R. Delsanter, CCIM completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate from the University of North Texas, which they attended from 1986 to 1989. In addition to their university education, they also obtained a certification in CCIM from the CCIM Institute in October 2006.
