Will Dick

Will Dick has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and industries. Will began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Property Manager at the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens, Inc. Will then joined Deutsche Bank in 2004 as an Associate in the Leveraged Finance Credit Risk group. From there, they moved on to Ramblers Way in 2010 where they served as the Director of Business Development. In 2012, they joined GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as a Senior Vice President, focusing on Private Equity & Venture Capital Business Development. In 2020, they joined Consero Global as a Managing Director, leading the Private Equity & Venture Capital Business Development team. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director and Head of US Business Development at Morrow Sodali, starting in 2023.

Will Dick has an MBA degree from Columbia Business School. Will also holds an MSc degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Will completed their undergraduate education at Trinity College-Hartford, where they earned a BA degree in History. Prior to that, they attended St. Paul's School and The Park School.
