Yasser El-Haggan

Yasser El-Haggan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Yasser is currently serving as the Chief Product & Technology Officer and Executive Partner at Morse. Prior to this, they held a role as the SVP, WW Solution Consulting & Field CTO at Genesys. Yasser has also worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in various leadership roles, including Head WW Solutions Architecture, Productivity Applications and Worldwide Technical Leader for Amazon Connect. Yasser has also served as a Principal Solutions Architect, Sr. Solutions Architect, and Sr. Technical Account Manager at AWS. Yasser started their career at Avaya as a Systems Engineering Manager and worked in sales engineering at Nortel Networks. Yasser also has experience as an Engineering Manager at Optivor Technologies, LLC and an IT Manager at the University of Phoenix.

Yasser El-Haggan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2005.
