Ryan Whelpley

Ryan Whelpley is a legal professional with a diverse background in sports law, corporate transactions, and litigation. Currently, Whelpley serves as a Contributing Writer for Conduct Detrimental, focusing on NCAA rules, regulations, and NIL deals. As an Associate at Morse, due diligence for venture capital financings and M&A transactions is a primary responsibility, along with drafting necessary legal documents. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, where Whelpley prepared and reviewed reports for public companies and assisted in drafting transactional documents.
