Scott Bleier is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate and business law, particularly for technology-based companies and investors. Since October 2011, Scott has served as a Member at Morse, advising clients on various matters including angel financing, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and intellectual property. Additionally, Scott has been teaching venture capital financing as an Adjunct Professor at Boston University School of Law since January 2018.
