Scott Bleier

Scott Bleier is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate and business law, particularly for technology-based companies and investors. Since October 2011, Scott has served as a Member at Morse, advising clients on various matters including angel financing, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and intellectual property. Additionally, Scott has been teaching venture capital financing as an Adjunct Professor at Boston University School of Law since January 2018. Previous roles include Principal and Founder of Corporate Counsel Solutions and Associate at several prestigious law firms, including DLA Piper LLP and Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. Scott holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and a JD from Boston College Law School, along with a BA in International Relations and French from Colgate University.
