Pasquale Aliberti has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Pasquale began their work experience in 2006 with an internship at ENEA. In 2007, they joined UNSW, where they served as a Guest Lecturer from 2009 to 2015. Pasquale also worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at ARC Photovoltaics Centre of Excellence from 2011 to 2012 and completed their PhD in the School of Photovoltaics and Renewable Energy Engineering from 2007 to 2011.

In 2012, Aliberti joined Griffith Hack as an Associate Patent Attorney, a position they held until 2017. During this time, they gained experience in patent law.

Following their tenure at Griffith Hack, Aliberti joined Allens Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys as a Senior Associate from 2017 to 2020, specializing in intellectual property.

Simultaneously, in 2017, they also joined Silicon Quantum Computing Pty. Ltd. as an Intellectual Property Counsel, responsible for the commercialization of research from Australia's leading Centre of Excellence for Quantum Computation and Communication Technology (CQC2T). Pasquale occupied this role until June 2021.

In 2020, Pasquale Aliberti joined Morse Micro as the Head of IP, overseeing intellectual property matters. In September 2022, they transitioned to the role of Chief of Staff, where they currently serve.

In 2021, they began working at 5B as an IP and collaboration manager, where they continue to work.

Pasquale Aliberti has an extensive education history. Pasquale obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Photovoltaic Engineering from UNSW, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Intellectual Property at the University of Technology Sydney, specializing in Intellectual Property Law and Practice as well as Intellectual Property Commercialization.

Prior to their postgraduate studies, Pasquale completed their undergraduate studies. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Università degli Studi di Salerno, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree. Pasquale'sfield of study primarily focused on Electronics, Telecommunications, Power electronics, and Computer engineering. Additionally, Pasquale participated in an exchange project (Erasmus) at Delft University of Technology in 2005-2006.

Pasquale has also obtained several certifications in their career. Pasquale became an Australian and New Zealand Patent Attorney accredited by the Trans-Tasman IP Attorneys Board in February 2014. In October 2022, they completed a certification program, "Become a Chief of Staff," offered by LinkedIn. Furthermore, Pasquale is a member of the AIPPI - International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and an IPTA Fellow, both of which they obtained at unspecified dates.
