Sergei Belokon

Sergei Belokon has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and systems engineering. Sergei started their career as a Junior Software Developer while being self-employed from May 2016 to June 2018. Sergei then joined EPAM Systems in July 2018 as a Systems Engineer, where they gained expertise in supporting and maintaining distributed data processing clusters and deepening their knowledge of Linux internals. In November 2021, Sergei moved to onsemi as a DevOps Engineer, specializing in working with bare-metal servers and automating routine processes using Ansible playbooks. Sergei also worked on deploying and troubleshooting Bitbucket's mirror farm. Currently, Sergei is a CI/CD DevOps Engineer at Morse Micro, starting in December 2022.

Sergei Belokon received their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University. Sergei studied at the university from 2017 to 2022. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including LPIC-2 Linux Engineer (201-450) Cert Prep: 2 Linux Kernel from LinkedIn in April 2022. Sergei also completed various training courses on Rust Essential Training, DevOps Foundations: Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration, Learning Ansible, Learning Jenkins, and Learning NGINX, all from LinkedIn, in July 2019.
