Christian Avery

Christian Avery is an accomplished professional with a strong background in AI, machine learning, and software engineering. Currently serving as the Head of AI & Machine Learning at Morson Group since November 2024, Christian leads the development of GenAI applications aimed at enhancing productivity. Previously, Christian worked as a Software Engineer and Data Scientist at Capgemini, where statistical analysis and cloud data management were key responsibilities. As the Founder and Python Engineer at Getaguard, Christian developed a web application that revolutionized the security industry. Early career experience includes a role as an Account Executive at GoHire, focusing on business development within recruitment technology. Christian holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence from the University of York and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from the same institution, supplemented by a short course in Computer Science from Harvard Online.
