Matthew Fordham

Matthew Fordham is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Morson Group since May 2023, Matthew previously held positions at Croner, where responsibilities included HR Consultant and Regional HR Consultant from March 2017 to April 2023. Prior experience includes an Employment Field Consultant role at Peninsula UK from February 2012 to February 2017 and HR Manager at Thomas Johnstone Ltd between 2007 and 2012. Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham.
