Rhys Harris CMgr MCMI, MBA has over 24 years of work experience in the recruitment industry, specializing in construction, engineering, and technical sectors. Rhys is currently the Director - Head of Anderselite, a dedicated construction and technical brand within the Morson Group. In this role, they lead the team in providing contract and permanent talent solutions to construction, civil infrastructure, rail, and FM organizations across the UK.
Previously, Rhys worked at Morson International as an Associate Director - Engineering, Process & Construction and later as the Head of Engineering, Process & Construction. At Morson International, they provided human capital management staffing solutions to leading companies across various industries such as aerospace, construction, technical, facilities management, energy, and more.
Before joining Morson International, Rhys was the Head of Managed Solutions at Roevin (Part of Adecco UK). In this role, they served as the Project Director for the managed service program to UTC Aerospace Systems, overseeing recruitment teams in Birmingham, Manchester, and London. Rhys successfully implemented a major service change program that restored confidence in the failing service delivery.
Prior to that, Rhys held the position of National Employer Solutions Manager at A4e, where they were responsible for national employer business development and account management. Rhys set up efficient recruitment models to service and supply volume vacancies in multiple locations across the UK under the DWP funded Work Programme.
At Adecco UK, Rhys worked as a Strategic Account Director, managing the operational delivery for Thales and EADS/Airbus contracts for the supply of temporary staff. Rhys formed a partnership with Morson International to supply non-engineering positions across UK sites.
Before joining Adecco UK, Rhys served as the Regional Manager at Beresford Blake Thomas Ltd, where they had overall responsibility for the Northern Region. Under their leadership, the region experienced significant margin growth for two consecutive years.
Rhys began their career at Hays Plc, where they held various senior managerial positions. Rhys was the top biller in the London region for construction perms and later for construction temps. Rhys also served as a Divisional Manager/Area Manager across the North West Region.

Rhys Harris CMgr MCMI, MBA has a diverse education history that spans several years. In 1983, they completed their GCSE's at Leigh C of E High School. Following that, from 1988 to 1990, they pursued their A Levels at Wigan College of Technology. In 1990, they enrolled at The University of Salford, where they obtained an HND in Business Studies, a program that they completed in 1992. Additionally, during that same period, they attended The University of Huddersfield and graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Administration in 1994.
After a significant gap in their education, Rhys decided to further enhance their professional qualifications. In 2021, they enrolled at the Chartered Management Institute for a Senior Leader Masters Degree - Level 7, specializing in Organisational Senior Leadership and Management. Rhys is expected to complete this program by 2022. In the same timeframe, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the prestigious Alliance Manchester Business School and is projected to complete this degree in 2022.
