Chilufya Chitindi

Chilufya Chitindi is an accomplished Electrical Design Engineer with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Electrical Design Engineer for Substation Control at Morson Projects since September 2025, Chilufya previously led electrical design and project management for utility-scale renewable assets at Kraken from September 2023 to September 2025. Earlier roles include a Smart Grid Engineer position at Smarter Grid Solutions, where contributions were made to Smart Grid products, and a Network Automation and SCADA Engineer position at Zambia Electricity Supply Corporation (ZESCO), managing the National Control Centre SCADA system. Additional experience includes technical sales engineering at Sparc Systems Limited and control systems engineering at First Quantum Minerals. Chilufya holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Zambia.
