Daniel Pancaldi

Daniel Pancaldi is currently working as a Principal lead structural designer for Hull & Outfit at Morson Projects since January 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel held positions such as Senior Structural Design consultant at BAE Systems, Structural Design Engineer at Longitude Engineering, BMT Specialised Ship Design, and Babcock International Group. Daniel's career also includes experience as a Steelworker at Vosper Thornycroft. Throughout their career, Daniel has worked on various projects such as the Dreadnought Trident nuclear submarine project, Kraken FPSO for offshore/Oil & Gas project, offshore wind farm aluminium ferries, Astute & Trafalgar Class submarine refit projects, and more. Daniel's expertise lies in structural design, 3D modeling, and ensuring projects are completed to high engineering build standards.
