Isaac Dietzenbach is an Analyst at Oliver Wyman since July 2024, bringing a strong background in risk management and leadership from previous roles. As Vice President at FarmHouse International Fraternity and Foundation from October 2021 to November 2023, Isaac coordinated risk management education and collaborated with executive members to address interchapter issues. In the role of Recruitment Supervisor, Isaac managed the recruitment of over 150 potential new members, coordinating events and overseeing a budget of $20,000. Prior experience includes an Actuarial Intern position at Sammons Financial Group, where Isaac conducted sensitivity testing and developed automation tools, and serving as a member of the IFC Strategic Committee at UNL, where strategic plans were developed to strengthen IFC operations. Additionally, Isaac has experience as an AVID Tutor at Lincoln Public Schools, mentoring over 60 students in preparation for college. Isaac holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Actuarial Science from Nebraska College of Business, completed in May 2024.

Mortar Board National College Senior Honor Society
Mortar Board is a national honor society that recognizes college seniors for outstanding achievement in scholarship, leadership and service. Since its founding in 1918, the organization has grown from the four founding chapters to more than 200 chartered collegiate chapters with nearly a quarter of a million initiated members across the nation. Mortar Board provides opportunities for continued leadership development, promotes service to colleges and universities and encourages lifelong contributions to the global community. The Mortar Board National Office, an affiliate of The Ohio State University, is located in Columbus, Ohio.
