Tamitha Tindall has a diverse range of work experience. Tamitha began their career in 2006 at Insight Communications as a Provisioning Technician and was later promoted to Trouble Resolution Group Technician. In this role, Tamitha resolved provisioning escalations for phone services in multiple states.
Following their time at Insight Communications, Tamitha worked at National Processing Company as a TSR, Level III (Rep Response). Tamitha handled phone traffic with merchants, assisting with credit card terminal conflicts and programing issues. Tamitha was also promoted within this role.
Tamitha then moved on to GDH Consulting, working as a Contracted Tester at Motorola Solutions. Their responsibilities included operating SMART testing on mobile computers and preparing units for shipping.
Tamitha later joined CertiCell, LLC as a Cell Phone Repair Technician. In this role, they assessed damage on second-hand smartphones and performed parts swaps to restore them to a "like new" condition.
Most recently, Tamitha worked at Mortenson Dental Partners. Tamitha started as an IT Help Desk Technician, providing troubleshooting and support for software and hardware issues. Tamitha also administrated G Suite accounts for new hires and terminations. Tamitha was then promoted to Senior Help Desk Technician, before transitioning into their current role as a System Administrator. As a System Administrator, they work closely with the Engineering team and provides leadership to Help Desk team members. Tamitha has advanced diagnostic skills and is able to identify complex problems.
Tamitha Tindall completed their education starting in 1995 at Eastern High School, where they obtained a Diploma in 1999. Following that, they attended Valencia College until 2001, studying Computer Programming. In 2013, Tamitha received a certification in HTML 4.0 from Brainbench.
