Trish Morgan-Barry-PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and industries. Starting in 1997, they served as the Office Manager for Sam Swope Mitsubishi, where they managed various administrative tasks and supervised office personnel. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as the Assistant Controller at Ledco Doors, assisting the Controller with financial statement preparation and account reconciliations.
In 2002, Trish joined Blue Grass Automotive as a Staff Accountant, responsible for monthly bank reconciliations, credit card statement reconciliation, and processing warranty claims. Trish then moved to American Family Dental Group in 2006, where they held the role of Human Resource/Payroll Manager. In this position, they managed the human resource functions, payroll, and compensation management for multiple dental and orthodontic practices across 24 locations in Indianapolis and Louisville, including employee benefits administration.
Currently, Trish is employed at Mortenson Dental Partners, where since 2018, they have held the position of Human Resource Generalist and Human Resource Business Partner.
Trish Morgan-Barry-PHR, SHRM-CP has a comprehensive education history in the field of Human Resources Management. In 1983-1985, Trish attended Indiana University Southeast, where they studied Psychology. Trish later obtained a PHR Certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute in 2012. The same year, Trish also earned their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Additionally, they completed a course in Human Resources Management at SHRM in 2016. Trish's education and certifications reflect their dedication to professional development in the field of Human Resources.
