Mark Cook

Mark Cook is an experienced professional in the home building and property sectors, currently serving as Group Regional Chair at Avant Homes since December 2022. Mark also contributes as an Advisor to the New Homes Management Board at Mortgage Advice Bureau since April 2021. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Story Homes, as well as Chair of HBF North West with The Home Builders Federation. Mark's extensive experience at Persimmon Homes spanned over 27 years, during which time responsibilities included Group Sales & Marketing Director and Regional Managing Director for the North West, Lancashire, and Cumbria. Prior to these, Mark worked as Development & Property Manager at Pilkington from June 1991 to August 1993. Mark's educational background includes attendance at Moorside High School.
