Allyson Little

Allyson Little, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member relations and engagement strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Member Relations at the Mortgage Bankers Association since April 2018, Allyson leads initiatives to enhance the onboarding and engagement of commercial and multifamily members. Prior to this role, Allyson spent nearly a decade at ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership, where responsibilities included strategizing the recruitment, retention, and engagement of a diverse membership of 40,000. Earlier in career, Allyson held positions such as Sr. Manager of Member Relations at the Public Risk Management Association and Membership Marketing Manager. Allyson holds an MBA in Business Administration from Trinity Washington University and a BA in Speech Communication from California State University, Long Beach.
