With a background in training and development, Kathy has a Master's degree in Training & Development / e-Learning from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Judson University. Throughout their career, Kathy has excelled in creating effective training solutions, managing projects, and developing online and print-based curricula.
