Robert L. Truitt

Robert L. Truitt is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the mortgage and banking sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Mortgage at Wintrust Financial Corporation since July 2024, Truitt also holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Amerifirst Home Mortgage since September 2019. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and CFO for Mortgage at Flagstar Bank, Senior Vice President of Mortgage Finance at Citizens Bank, and various positions at JPMorganChase and Citizens. Truitt began their career at Morgan Stanley as an Associate in Financial Control. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
