Melissa Kozicki has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Director of Compliance at Mortgage Cadence since November 2019. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Director of Compliance at Mortgage Builder Software from April 2006 to November 2019 and also worked as Director of Client Development during that time. Additionally, Melissa contributed as an author for MSource Training & Consulting, focusing on federal compliance topics for NMLS certified continuing education courses from January 2007 to December 2014. Earlier in the career, Melissa served as Operations Manager at Total Mortgage Corp. from April 1999 to November 2005.
