Christopher Amaya

Christopher Amaya is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in front-end and full-stack development across various companies. Currently employed at Mortgage Coach since May 2022, Christopher plays a key role in front-end development and integrating two distinct company cultures into a cohesive unit while transitioning a mature team from a waterfall to an agile model. Prior experience includes working at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in a full-stack, agile environment where modular and scalable applications were developed using React and Spring Boot. At Digital Map Products, Christopher focused on location-based APIs for real estate applications. Additionally, experience as an Associate Software Engineer at DealerSocket involved building applications using Android Studio and C#. Christopher began a career in software development as an intern at Global Facility Services, Inc., where debugging, testing code, and website development were primary responsibilities. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from UC Irvine, earned in 2017.
