Caitlin Groves

Caitlin Groves is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Marketing at the Mortgage Bankers Association since October 2022, Caitlin previously held key positions at Groves Public Relations as Principal and at Pinkston as Senior Account Executive. Notably, Caitlin's tenure at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development included roles as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs, Director of Strategic Communications, and Press Secretary. Caitlin also gained experience as a Research Associate at The Heritage Foundation and as a Legislative Correspondent and Staff Assistant in the U.S. Senate, including work for Senator Jim DeMint. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Public Policy & Administration from American University and dual Bachelor's degrees in History from Auburn University.
