Gavin Welch

Gavin Welch is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in team management and sales leadership. Currently serving as the Financial Services Sales Director and Area Manager at Mortgage Matters Direct since 2013, Gavin oversees a team of mortgage advisors in East London and Essex. Previously, as Regional Manager Retail at Santander from 2007 to 2012, Gavin led a team of 15 Branch Managers and over 140 staff across three regions in the South East, achieving top 10 performance in mortgages and bancassurance through effective stakeholder management.
