Rich Phillips is the Managing Director of Third-Party Originations at MortgageOne TPO, overseeing daily operations and strategic direction since July 2024. Previously, Rich served as a Senior Account Executive at Pennymac TPO from October 2022 to May 2024, where successful partnerships were cultivated, earning recognition as a multi-year recipient of the 'America's Top 100 Account Executives' award from the Scotsman Guide. From January 2016 to October 2022, Rich was the Market Sales Leader at Homepoint Financial, and earlier held the position of Sr. Account Executive at Argent Mortgage Co, LLC, achieving significant milestones, including funding over $2 billion in loans and multiple awards for growth and volume. Rich earned a BA in Political Science from Michigan State University between 1986 and 1991.
