Chris Harte

Chris Harte serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Scottish Autism since May 2021 and holds the position of Chief Executive and Commercial Real Estate Partner at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP since November 2023. Prior to this, Chris Harte was the Chief Executive and Commercial Real Estate Partner at Morton Fraser LLP from January 2013 to October 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Member of the CBI Scotland Council from November 2014 to December 2020, and a long tenure at Morton Fraser from 1994 to 2013 in various legal roles. Chris Harte obtained an LL.B (Hons) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen between 1989 and 1994.
