Fiona Sasan

Fiona Sasan is a highly experienced family law partner at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP, where since February 2005, expertise has been applied to complex divorce cases, including those involving expats and high-value claims. Fiona Sasan has demonstrated leadership as the lead partner in the notable case DM v JM & W estate Trustees Ltd at the Court of Session in February 2011. Additionally, membership in the Two Percent Club highlights a commitment to promoting diversity in senior management and corporate culture. Fiona Sasan served as a non-executive member of the Board for Skills Development Scotland from July 2014 to December 2016 and chaired the Women of Influence Board for Action for Children in 2014, overseeing the fundraising of over £71,000 during that year's awards. Prior to current roles, experience included serving as a civil litigation partner at Grant Brown Lindsay from November 1997 to February 2005.
