Martin Glover

Martin Glover is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational development and people management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and HR Director at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP since December 2017, Martin has held significant roles in leading HR functions across various organizations, including Wood Mackenzie as Global Vice President HR and OD and The City of Edinburgh Council as Acting Director of HR and Organisational Development. Martin's career also includes leadership positions at GE Oil and Gas, Havelock Europa, AEGON Scottish Equitable, Residence International, and the NHS, demonstrating expertise in strategic HR business partnership, transformational change, talent development, and employee relations.
