Neil Kennedy

Neil Kennedy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP, a position held since November 2023, following a distinguished tenure as Managing Partner at MacRoberts LLP from 1999 to 2023. During this time, Neil led the firm through a significant merger with Morton Fraser LLP, resulting in the establishment of Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP (MFMac). As a Partner specializing in Corporate Finance, Neil possesses extensive expertise in corporate law, advising on a diverse array of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and investments. Neil's academic background includes a Diploma in Law from the University of Strathclyde, further studies in Law at Université Grenoble Alpes, and an LLB (Hons) with French Law from the University of Aberdeen.
