Robin Priestley

Robin Priestley is an experienced solicitor and business owner, currently leading Whose Land Scotland, an independent law firm focused on land ownership investigations and voluntary title registration across Scotland. Since November 2015, Robin has also worked as a part-time consultant for Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP, providing title registrations for public sector clients, and has previously contributed expertise to various law firms, including Millar & Bryce Limited, Brodies LLP, and Anderson Strathern. With a strong background in property, planning, and environmental law, Robin has managed significant projects such as the A9 and A96 Dualling for Transport Scotland and has earned recognition for contributions to the legal field, notably a "Specialist Legal Team of the Year" award in 2006. Robin holds a Diploma in Legal Practice and an LLB (Hons) in Scots Law from the University of Aberdeen.
