James Heard

James Heard has an extensive background in the salt industry, starting as a Production Manager and eventually moving on to positions such as Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Cargill Salt. James later served as President of Cargill, Inc's US Metals division before moving on to found Ipsum Consulting, LLC. James then transitioned to a role at Kissner USA Holdings before joining Morton Salt as the President of the North American Consumer and Industrial Business.
