Jamie Hay

Jamie Hay has over 20 years of experience in various HR and finance leadership roles. They started their career at Ingersoll Rand before moving on to JLG Industries, where they held various HR and finance positions. They then joined Harsco Corporation, where they focused on building HR areas such as compensation, benefits, HR systems, and talent development. Following their time at Harsco, Jamie worked at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services as a Human Resources Business Partner before becoming an Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Brand Industrial Services. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Morton Salt since 2023.

Jamie Hay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DeSales University.
