Kate Ireland

Kate Ireland currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Morton Salt since June 2023. Prior to joining Morton Salt, Kate worked at SPX Cooling Technologies, Inc. for almost 18 years, where Kate held various roles including Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager, Manager, and Generalist. Kate obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Psychology from Baker University in 2005.
