Kelly Welch

Kelly Welch, SHRM-CP, CEBS, currently serves as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Morton Salt since May 2025. Prior to this role, Kelly was a Human Resources Business Partner at Newcomer Funeral Service Group from January 2021 to May 2025, providing HR consulting, policy development, and benefits administration. Between December 2013 and January 2021, Kelly held the position of Benefits Manager at Midwest Health, Inc., where responsibilities included managing employee benefits and overseeing HR during acquisitions. Kelly began a career at the Kansas Insurance Department as a Policy Examiner from July 2005 to December 2013, focusing on insurance regulation and consumer complaints. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Baker University and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from Washburn University.
