Megan Freshly

Megan Freshly is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management, having served as the Site Human Resources Manager at Morton Salt since March 2020. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at HEXPOL Compounding from May 2013 to March 2020, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Development Manager, where responsibilities included assessing development needs and leading a Mentorship Program.
